So I was waiting until the update of the tower comes and I have been very excited and then I SEE MY MC DUNGEONS SAYS INSTALL AND WHEN I PRESS ON IT IT SAYS "Sorry, something went wrong connecting to our servers. Please try again later, and if the error persists, you can report a bug here" and I do not know how to fix this I need help plz!

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on the newest version of Launcher?
Does this issue occur on minecraft.net website/MS store version of the Launcher?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website/MS store?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
Have you tried to re-registering MS store as written here?
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Do you have 'Minecraft for Windows' installed?
Does removing 'Minecraft for Windows' solves your issue?
Have you tried downloading 'Xbox Identity Provider' found here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/xbox-identity-provider/9wzdncrd1hkw#activetab=pivot:overviewtab (or in MS store)?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?

Having the same issue. For a brief moment I was able to update and it gave me the play button but it didn't want to load. So, I reloaded the launcher and it went back to the same message about having an issue connecting with the servers like nothing happened.
