[MCL-21094] Inconsistency in usage of hypen in "Third-party licenses"

The bug

Due to the fix of MCL-17395 in the latest version of the Launcher, strings that included "Third party licenses" now should include a hyphen between "Third" and "party". However, one such string was not updated.
Upon navigating to the Settings > About tab and selecting the "Third-party licenses" button, the title of the next page is missing the hyphen that was added to all other instances of the string.

How to reproduce

Open the Minecraft Launcher, and navigate to the Settings page
Select the About tab
Click the "Third-party licenses" button
❌ The title is missing a hyphen
