Purchased Mash Up on IOS PE. Pressing UPDATE asks to DOWNLOAD then does nothing

The Affects Version is NOT 2.3.136 Windows, it is the Pocket Edition on IOS.
Please do not mark this Resolved and link it to  MCPE-57377 which is marked as resolved but it is not resolved. The person was still having the issue along with everyone else who is posting about this issue.

On IPad 5
I purchased and downloaded the Star Wars mash up pack
After downloading, the UPDATE button. appears 
Pressing the UPDATE button does nothing except the following:
A box pops up that reads: "Download Content? 171 MB"
"This will download the STAR WARS to your device"
When I press the DOWNLOAD button, the pop up goes away and nothing happens.
I have restarted Minecraft and my Ipad and nothing changes.
Upon looking at the many other people who have had this same issue, it looks
like nobody has been helped even though the ticket was marked as resolved.

What should happen is that once I download a mash up pack that I just bought for $7.99
that it should work. This is happening to a lot of people and someone is marking them all resolved and sent to a link that was marked resolved when it was not resolved. 
Please help!
