When trying to launch 1.19 Pre-Release 1 I get the following error:
Failed to download file.
Error details: Java runtime manifest is missing the desired component for this platform.

Have you tried reinstalling/downgrading your Java?
Have you tried installing older version of the Launcher (Windows 7/8 from minecraft.net)?
Please also update your graphic card drivers and Windows (check for updates regardless).
Also please check if this issue also occurs on version snapshot 22w19a.

Java downloaded from java.com is up to date.
The older launcher version won't let me log in.
The system is up to date with drivers and 1.18.2 works just fine.
This issue also occurs on snapshot 22w19a.
