I did everything removed mods uninstalled the launcher please help me I am getting very worked up over this

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on Windows 7/8 version or MS store version of the Launcher?
Are you logged in in both MS store and Launcher with the same MS account?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (Please check regardless)?
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Please try updating/downgrading JDK java.
Also please uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall the Launcher.
Please also install Xbox app, Xbox companion and Xbox identity provider and sign in with the same account that you are logged in on MS store and in Launcher.
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Remember to restart your computer.
Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?
