Clicking "Install" for Minecraft for Windows, brings up a dialog to select installation location. The installation location is not changeable and only uses the default C: location. Clicking the apparent location button to change the location, does nothing except give visual feedback that it was clicked.
P.S. Yes, this is copy of issue MCL-21659
No, issue MCL-21659 is NOT a duplicate of MCL-21596
Comment "You must install it on the C drive" is not a resolution of a problem. Any application supposed to have option to change installation location.
We would really appreciate if you would FIX an issue, not brush it out.

Hi, the instructions provided in the note in MCL-20795 work perfectly. As a result, I cannot reproduce the reporter's issue; the install location can be selected as you like.
