Help Link on the Edit skin page doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Minecraft: Java Edition
2. Click on the Skins tab
3. Click on the three dots next to a custom skin and then on edit
4. Click on the question mark next to “Skin File”
5. Click on the link

Observed Results:
The link does not work and you are redirected to “notfound”

Expected Results:
The link works properly
