Minecraft launcher is unable to update the native launcher

So any ideas anyone?

Have you tried installing Legacy Launcher? https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download
Please also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher

the vid I also showed mee launching it through curseforge both give the same error

Can you please also check 'launcher_settings.json' in your minecraft folder and change channel from 'release' to 'BETA' and then start the Launcher.
Please also note that the curseforge is not supported by Mojang and it will not be considered.

there isnt a launcher settings.json file i just see logs and a staging folder

Ok I managed to fix it by using the skip the launcher feature in Curseforge Minecraft works now thanks you for your time
