[MCL-2494] Play and Log out buttons greyed out on first run of launcher / launcher update

Moderator Note

The current workaround for this issue is to delete the launcher profiles:

In the launcher, click "Edit Profile" -> "Open Game Dir".
Close the launcher.
Delete the launcher_profiles.json file.

:/ I love minecraft, but I can't play it because of this. I cannot login, play, or do anything, really.
