When I start Minecraft Preview 1.21.110.24 in China Mainland, it crashes and says, “Minecraft Preview 目前在你的帐户中不可用。请确保你已登录到 Microsoft Store，然后重试。如果需要，可以使用以下错误代码: 0x803F8001”
However, when I switch the region of PC to the Central Africa, it started properly.
It was similar when I download Minecraft Preview. I can’t do it in China Mainland, but I can do it in other countries or regions.
However, it didn’t happen to Minecraft 1.21.100.

If I switch the region to Taiwan, Hong Kong or United Kingdom, and then reload Microsoft Store, Minecraft Previes will open or be downloaded normally as well; but if it is China Mainland, it will fail.
It doesn't happen to Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.100 (Release), or Java Edition.
I have already purchase Minecraft. This problem is related with regional problems
