[MCL-2637] Clicking on 'Older' in Update Notes doesn't do anything

If you click on 'Older' in 'Update Notes' nothing happens.

Are you clicking on the link in the launcher, or in your web browser? Where does the new page open when you click it? I'm clicking the link in the launcher, and it does absolutely nothing for me.

Yup, pressing it in the browser. It opens in my web browser, are you on Linux? that might be breaking things.
