I used to play minecraft almost everyday but i stopped for a month and i play minecraft java and bedrock edition on my pc. I join back today and it says “Buy now”????? when i first bought minecraft i bought both editions. For some reason i can play bedrock edition but not java

Theres a very simple solution to this! you just have to click on ‘'Play demo’' but it just launches the normal game, not the demo. After you launched the game with the play demo button, it should go back to normal (that was my case)
