Launcher windows won't update.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Also I think that 4713 and 4716 aren't related to this

Please try with an up-to-date NVIDIA driver version 368.69 from http://www.nvidia.com/

It still doesn't update. I even reinstalled the windows (And of course updated drivers again)
Maybe you should another java version for launcher?

I solved this by creating a shortcut for launcher.jar... But anyway it's a bug

I have this same issue and I believe I know what is causing it, at least on my system. I happen to be using an AMD video card and the corresponding drivers which come bundled with a recording app called Plays.TV. The launcher graphical issues only occur when Plays.TV is running and cease if Plays.TV is closed and the launcher is restarted. Hopefully this info is of some use.

This issue could also be caused by MCL-4485

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft Launcher version 2.0.805 / 2.0.806? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
