[MCL-6456] Skin did not reload when you switch account

Hello!

I have two Minecraft accounts. I added both of them in launcher and I can choose required account in any moment.

But after switching account launcher does not update skin. You need to restart launcher to see correct skin.

Confirmed for launcher version 2.1.1462 (Windows)

Side note: It worked when I switched to another account, then again to the account where the wrong skin was previously displayed, means you don't necessarily have to restart the launcher, just switch to another account and then back to the one where the wrong skin was displayed before, then it'll be updated.

Since skins will be a completely new system in the new UI, we're now closing all issues related to the old skins functionality.
