.dll files don't exist error

Fix

If you are having this issue, please reinstall the launcher from minecraft.net/download - https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/1009825530265456642

After downloading Minecraft, upon trying to launch the porgram it says two .dll files are missing and re-downloading will fix the issue.  I have clicked download 5 times and clicked on repair and I am still getting the error.  I have uninstalled and re-installed with no success.  I have never downloaded a program only to be told dll files the program requires were not included in the download. . . .I'm not sure what to even say about that other than there is clearly a HUGE programming issue. See attached screenshots showing the dll files missing.  I am running windows 10 on a Surface Pro3.

The minecraft.net/download is correct. . . in this case clicking the green button did NOT work.  I clicked on the Alternate Download link that is under that.  That installed the old version. . . with that still open I double clicked on the link in the minecraft window at the top that said there is a new version.  That triggered the new downloader to start.  I kept the old window open in the background and installed the new version as before and this time there was no dll error.  So it appears to be working.  It is downloading the new version right now.
