[MCL-9837] Stuck on Mojang screen

When I start any version of Minecraft, the game will seemingly be fine at first but doesn't load the title screen, thus getting stuck on the Mojang screen. I have tested and this happens on all versions of Minecraft, I have also tried reinstalling the launcher. It stops responding if I click anything...

EDIT: None of the fixes from the duplicates work for me

That may be Discord, Razer cortex's overlay, nvidia gamecaster. If you have any of those, close them and retry. See MC-124460
