Whenever I launch the game, I am signed out. When I click "Sign In", it says that save to Microsoft account thing. So I click on save, and nothing happens. And a click esc on my keyboard and it says signing in with your Microsoft account FOREVER. And the same thing happens again when I close out and go in again.
This all started after the update, when i got signed out.

TL;DR: try restart Windows and Log on XBox Console Companion App.
For me happened the same on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
I tried to open Xbox Console Companion and won't launch as well.
So, after I restarted the PC, Xbox Console Companion was able to login and so Minecraft.
