TL;DR: try restart Windows and Log on XBox Console Companion App.
For me happened the same on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
I tried to open Xbox Console Companion and won't launch as well.
So, after I restarted the PC, Xbox Console Companion was able to login and so Minecraft.
