[MCPE-100584] The wrong item can be highlighted if you open a chest.

If you open a chest sometimes, the wrong text displays and the wrong item is highlighted.

Do you have any resource packs applied? (The green cursor arrow makes me think you do.) If so, can you reproduce the problem without them?

I changed a setting to make the pointer green.
