No because in that one the boat falls through the ground but in this one a villager falls through the ground.
I just noticed it happens to Brown Stained Glass and Brown Stained Glass Panes.
After approximately 10 minutes, the target block looked different.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go on an account without the camouflage achievement.
In a world with achievements, get a dragon head in an end city.
Defeat an ender dragon on the account without the achievement whilst wearing the dragon head.
Observed results: You don't get the camouflage achievement.
Expected results: You get the camouflage achievement.
I changed a setting to make the pointer green.
I figured out how to get it.
