On Java Edition, each biome is made of Blackstone, Soulsand, Soul Soil, and/or Basalt with some patches of Netherack and not made entirely out of Netherack covered with these blocks.

However, this issue has been closed as Won't Fix.
Due to the differences in the way the world is generated between Java and Bedrock, this isn't something we're going to change currently.
