[MCPE-101386] New music disc tooltips use the wrong font when the language is set to English (United Kingdom)

If you see the Pigstep tooltip description, it uses a different font instead of the normal Minecraft font.

Update: This only affected by setting the language to English (UK).

This also affects other new music discs (otherside, Creator, 5, etc.)

This affects German language setting as well.

The hyphen was pointlessly changed from - (\u002d) to – (\u2013).

This changes the entire tooltip due to MCPE-139157
