I booted up Minecraft windows 10 at the 1.16.2 update to realize that it had a notification saying that my device was not supported anymore after October 2020 but I went on to check the new system requirements from the Minecraft website and my graphics device an intel HD integrated graphics 3000 is running directx12 and it is proved in my screenshots if there is any other reason other than this please make it known to all because I know I am not the only one.
please fix for all those players who still can use a decently specced pc but don't have the time or money to go out and build or buy a gaming pc or laptop

You picture only shows your DirectX driver version. See the note on MCPE-92963 for how to determine whether you computer actually supports DirectX 11 or 12 functionality.
