When playing minecraft on my Nintendo switch I'm just greeted with a black screen for 5-8 minutes then the game crashes. This was happening throughout the an entire month only that the game would load but it would take several minutes and now I can't even play it. Please fix this as soon as possible I paid 30$ for this laggy experience.

I'm going to resolve this report as a duplicate of MCPE-62708. You should vote for and watch that ticket for updates. Two things I can suggest:
make sure you Switch OS is updated (version 10 released last spring and improved the black screen times for many users).
You may be able to load Minecraft without problems under a new new Nintendo Switch profile, though you won't have access to your old worlds.
Also check that the e-mail account on your Microsoft account is the same as the e-mail account on your XBoxLive profile, as I'm seeing reports that sign-in crashes can be related to changing e-mails and failure of these Microsoft services to sync properly.
