When breaking blocks the game crashes.
in the minecraft forum I found that there are people who have the same problem and they say they also have intel celeron.

I know that the intel celeron processors are not the best to play but on the official minecraft page it says that the minimum requirements to play minecraft windows 10 edition must be an intel celeron J4105.
I've had the same problem for half a year, since I started playing the bedrock edition. In fact, I've managed to play without crashes by breaking blocks from a 3-block distance, but the fact that I have to do that with every block I mine annoys me a lot, considering that I've been frequently updating the beta and following the described tip for half a year. Hope it gets fixed.
I was able to play old versions of minecraft and discovered that this problem occurs from version 1.11.0
I also tried what Dzam said and at no time did he crash

I'm pretty sure the intel celeron processor is not supported for Minecraft bedrock edition.
