Glass panes are invisible in the beta. They show no texture at all.

U should higher your particle render distance because a similar thing happened to me and when I raised the render distance it fixed the issue.
The two screenshots you've attached are from Eckosoldier's last two videos on the betas. Have you actually tested and confirmed this issue yourself?
If this is still happening for you, please attach screenshots from your currently installed version showing the issue, and also specify which device(s) you are using.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
