I have made multiple different iron farms from main creators and none of them are working. This is the most recent one with each workstation connected to correct villager. Terra-cotta used as base. 20 beds, 20 people. I really need help!

It's hard to tell exactly from the picture, but I think your beds might be 1 block too high. If you raise the spawn platform up by 1 block, do iron golems spawn?
Also, it looks like the beds may be too far from the villagers for them find, so unless you started with a bed closer to the villagers or a villager closer to the beds, they might not have linked. Did you see green particles?

The beds are 3 blocks high. & there was green participles. I have moved the beds closer to the villagers and all of them attached perfectly. Not one golem has spawned. I also have moved the beds up to 4 blocks high and nothing.

If cats spawn but not golems, that usually means the villagers are not working. Are you sure each villager linked to the workstation that it is next to?
It's also possible the center of your farm shifted to one of the workstations. If you build a platform above the beds, do iron golems spawn there?
I'd ask for a copy of the world, but I don't know if you can extract that from XBox.

The bottom of the beds must be no more than 3 blocks above the spawn platform, so if you moved the beds up then golems won't spawn. The "northwest" bottom corner of the bed linked to the "first" villager defines the center of the village for the purposes of golem spawning. It's not easy to tell which bed that is, but if all beds are at the same level as appears in your picture it should work. For fletcher villagers you should be able to tell if they are "working" by the "thunking sound" that they make (like arrows hitting a target). If you try re-placing each bed do you see the green particles above each of them?

The beds are 3 high. I also placed a platform above the beds and no golem spawned. I replaced all beds slowly and each one attached with a villager.

I fixed it! Thank you guys so much. Apparently the work stations got mixed up with a couple of them? Not sure how, but I got it to work perfectly. Thank you!!
