Screen flashes red when changing anti-aliasing settings

When you change your anti-aliasing settings on Windows 10 with RenderDragon, the screen flashes red for a moment.

It flashes red because of the new logo screen applying but being too fast

In 1.16.230.50 beta, only the background (the moving panorama image) flashes black.
