The bug
When typing alt codes with the number pad, the resulting character is incorrect sometimes
How to reproduce
1. Type ALT+22 anywhere other than bedrock minecraft
→ ✔ You get ▬
2. Type ALT+22 in bedrock minecraft
→ ❌ You get ŵ

Usually I'm trying to get the arrows (↑↓→←) with ALT+24-27. Works fine in JE and other applications

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
