The Creepers Feet is too big while the Exploding Animation is playing, this is best observed with Mob Griefing Turned Off.
How to reproduce:
Spawn a Creeper using the Creeper Spawn Egg
Switch your Gamemode to Survival or use Flint&Steel
Observe the Creepers Feet when the Creeper is about to Explode
Observed Results: The Creepers Feet expands too much, compared to the rest of the Creeper.
Expected Results: The Creepers Feet should expand to the same size, matching the rest of the Creeper.
