The Third floor in End Cities doesn't generate correctly

For clarity, please describe what is incorrect about it and how you expect it to generate.

The Purpur stairs is supposed to generate with 2 of them against the wall, and there's supposed to be 1 Purpur pillar in that room thats supposed to have a ladder on it.

The Purpur stairs generates way farther than usual, and there are multiple Purpur pillars instead of 1.
