[MCPE-105193] The Potion effects screen has old Pocket Edition UI art

The Potion effects screen has old Pocket Edition UI art. Before it was brown, now its white but it has the old art in it.

Observed results: It has the old UI art, but in white.

Expected results: It should have the current UI art (Before the overhaul)
