[MCPE-105357] Chain command blocks / ticks not working

When ever you have a repeating command block and then followed by a chain command block, the chain command block doesn't work, if you also include ticks those do not work. They will just go instantly.

I cannot reproduce this problem. Remember to set the chain command block to "always on". It defaults to needing redstone power to function.

Could you attach screenshots of a repeating and chain command block that aren't working, and of the GUI of each showing how they are set?
