So today, after the 1.16.100 update, I've noticed this glitch.
So this one is really annoying and sad as I can no longer play with my siblings in Minecraft, even though we all have the latest version, as whenever they try to join my world or I try to join theirs it says "outdated server", although that is not true. My siblings could join each other's worlds or friends' worlds, but I could not join them, and they could not join me. I even have trouble joining my own world, as it now takes so long that my iPad mini 4 almost turns off while it loads.
Please fix this soon since Minecraft is one of the few ways that I can still connect with my younger siblings (especially my brother) and I am a high school student who honestly just wants to relax and play Minecraft with my family. Thanks! I know that you guys work really hard on this game and I really appreciate that! Thanks for making a platform that my whole family enjoys!

We are all on the same platform, IOS, with both of my siblings playing on the newest iPads and myself playing on the iPad mini 4. We all have the recent update for Bedrock. They seem to be fine with joining their friends (and their friends joining them). This only seems to be a problem with them joining me or me joining them, for some reason, even though we all have very similar devices. I don't believe any of us have beta.
I even tried going out and back into my account, turning fully off and back on my device, and getting out and back in to Minecraft. None of these seemed to do anything, btw.
Also, thank you for your time and consideration with this issue. I really appreciate it 🙂
