Interdimensional Teleport Crash

Similar to MCPE-98869 although on all platforms, not just PS4 -
When teleporting to an entity in another dimension, the game has a 50% chance to crash.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon an entity in the End, and tag it with 'teleport'.

  2. Go back into the overworld and type /tp @e[tag=teleport]

  3. Crash - if not, start from Step 1.

This bug is really affecting my world, as we have a '/home' system which teleports the player to the End to teleport to their spawnpoint. Crashes make this extremely inconsistent.

Could not reproduce on singleplayer:

  • Placed a pig nametagged teleport in the overworld "spawn chunks". Used /tp @e[name=teleport]. No crash for at least 8 tries.

  • Placed a pig nametagged teleport in the nether and the end, outside a ticking area. Same command returned no targets matched selector.

Note: [tag=teleport] returned no targets matched selector regardless of setting.
Could not try for multiplayer so I cannot say anything on that.

Resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-98869. I see no reason to think the platform or command blocks vs. typed commands would make any difference to this issue.
