When trying to teleport to an entity (Or at least an armor stand) that's not in your dimension using command blocks your game crashes.

I can confirm - this is still the case in 1.16.100 on a Bedrock Windows 10 world. It breaks a /home system I have in one of my multiplayer worlds :/
