I've installed Minecraft RTX Beta.
My hardware already met the requirements.
I've already updated to the latest gpu driver.
But the error message is still there.
I also can't run RTX world on marketplace.

why does this error occur even tho i dont have an RTX supporting card?

Confirmed to affect 1.16.200 on a non-Nvidia GPU

I have basically the same problem. I have a NVIDIA built in graphics card that I updated. I have intel i5 that is also up to date. My PC has 8GB RAM, and meets all other requirements. However, the update notice still comes up whenever I launch the game. It might be related but I have a ton of input lag. I can't even play the game.

sorry for the input but I do want to confirm that its happening to me as well, I have an intel core i7 10700k, RTX 3070, updated windows and updated drivers, and it still says I don't have my drivers updated but unlike some of the reports i've seen, for some reason ray tracing actually seems to still be working for me, its just a warning which yes, is getting annoying, but doesn't actually cause any problems (so overall this is to confirm its happening to me too and also to mention that i personally don't have problems with ray tracing itself, just the error message itself popping up every time i reload)

Same issue with a mobile Nvidia 1060 with updated drivers. Driver release date is Dec 9 2020, 3 days ago. I am also experiencing the same input lag TheProGamer mentions, even in the menus. Delay is around 100-200ms. I am not getting the delay in Java edition, and have not had it on Bedrock in the past.
Turning down the graphics settings did not help.

Having this issue also on Minecraft Bedrock v1.16.200. Updated AMD drivers for the RX 5700XT to v20.12.1 on 12/4/2020 and it's been giving me the pop-up ever since. My DxDiag can be found here.

The same problem with geforce 1050 (notebook) and an i5 9300h, this problem affects me since update 1.16.200, and I also experience the same delay mentioned by TheProGamer, also the sound is affected

This affects me as well. Sometimes I can load into Minecraft and the graphics for the inventory, especially enchanted items, are very grainy and broken. Within 15 minutes or so Minecraft lags and then freezes. Then my computer does to the point I have to manually shut it off by holding the power button. This happens on realms as well as my own private world. Everything else on my laptop is working normally.

I was just wondering, is there a way to go back to the edition before this one? I don't particularly need the super graphics, but would really like a game I can just play.

I'm having the same issue on Windows 10, even with the latest driver and operating system software (MCPE-112165).
I have added pictures of the issue to here, and I uploaded the files, "screenshot(131-134)" (4 pictures).

v1.16.201: Get "Drivers outdated!" warning once menu system loads.
Windows 10 Pro on laptop; OS updates automatically; double checked video drivers: both Intel and RTX 2060 drivers are latest and greatest. Was never part of the beta.
Clicking past warning, and using "Hilltop Lifestyle RTX" world, ray tracing produces beautiful but buggy results. Bubble column in ocean looks like it's covered in mirrors. Strange mirror effect on edges of connected glass panes as well.

v1.16.201: Get "Drivers outdated!" warning
Drivers were updated.

Confirmed for latest Nvidia GPU driver with a GTX 1070. The error appears despite having latest GPU drivers and the GPU not supporting RTX.
