i have the same problem. and ur device cant screenshot nor can mine. i will take a picture of it with my phone. basically i cant read them At all unless my face passes through the sign. if im even 1 block away icamt read it. there is a certain point in direction for each sign you can face and see certain lines of the letters appear horizontally and kind of flicker, but even this is hard to achieve.
