I bought the Windows 10 Master Edition on my computer. Today I log in to find all of my minecoins are gone. I do not share my account with others. I only bought two things. The butterfly wings and the yellow dress with flowers. I had 1000 minecoins before I bought those two things. Each was around 240 minecoins, so I should have some left. Is this a bug? Did someone take my minecoins? What do I do?

this is yoshifan50 and i have been getting the £5 bundles and i should have 4080 coins but i dont seem to have them, this is making me mad
I also got this issue, showing me 0 coins even though we have 500 or so left, then I went to manually buy some through store (with PayPal) as sale was ending on the 2 items wanted (sky lock and Dino one).
Ms took my money coins still haven't appeared and now sale on those items is over so I have bought coins I don't need for items that are no longer on sale. Tried for about 30 mins to an hour to get it working rebooting router, computer, uninstalling/reinstalling mc but nothing worked and now far worse than any of this... I have an angry child who thinks I stiffed him on 2 mc levels lol

Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.
Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.
If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Visit Minecraft Community Support for assistance.
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.
If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content, please contact Mojang Support.
