[MCPE-10855] Stuck in the Nether on older, slower devices

When entering the nether on slower devices such as an iPod touch, it takes ages to load nether (about 60 seconds) and then when you get in the nether, it completely freezes the game. (This is when you try to exit back through the portal, and it even happens when you die in the Nether.

Well this is not a bug because since you have a old device, your device can't handle it.
