Steps to reproduce
Save & Quit from a world while looking toward a bunch of entities or tile entities (e.g. extended pistons). Have some of them be behind solid blocks.
Close Minecraft
Open Minecraft
Open the world from step (1).
Expected results
All visible things in the world would appear at the same time.
Actual results
Entities and tile entities appear first, then block textures fade in after a few seconds.
When I open a world.
When I change dimensions(Nether,End,Overworld).
The first impression is that I'm at Y<0
This transition takes from 0,5 to 4 seconds.
Online-Offline-LogIn-LogOut >> it doesn't matter.
70% of the times I get this screen(screenshot)
NOTE:
I didn't noticed this with previous versions(Release+Beta).

In 1.16.220 the rendering delay may be shorter than it was from 1.16.100 to 1.16.210, but it is still present. In addition to the fade-in the videos below also show a zooming out, which may or may not be related to FOV setting (I keep mine at 66). Following are three different world loads with a still frame extracted. The first two are from different loads of the same world while standing at the same place; I am sharing both because a big white flash is prominent in the second one. You can also see the difference in zoom, with the second image coming from an earlier moment in the loading.
