I was playing Minecraft Education Edition and I was trying to join a world, but it said this: "Join Codes are not available right now. Check your internet connection." I went into one of my own worlds and it said the same thing.
I assumed this was just because of the internet connection, and that it just adjusted with their home network, but then the same thing happened to me. I started to get really confused, and I have no idea what's going on.
Then it got worse. About two weeks ago, both iPads said this when we tried to sign out and sign back in again: "Could not find account. Check your internet connection."
I have no idea what's going on, and I need help. Any suggestions?

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
