Mobs freezing, slow resting, flying mobs

Previously reported this and received a resolved message, when the issue has not been resolved; it is actually getting worse.

No other ticket matches this precisely, hence a new ticket.

Xbox One 1.16.100

1. Mobs freeze but other mobs keep moving.

2. Mobs move, then freeze for a few seconds, then move again, then freeze.

3. sleeping villagers suddenly fly across screen.

4. mobs affected by this issue cannot be interacted with
