"That's not a Minecraft skin, silly"

@unknown Updated based on 0.15.90.7:

When selecting "Choose New Skin" selecting the skin that is located in the minecraftpe folder (which is the current custom skin for the player) always gives the error "That's not a Minecraft skin, silly!". Selecting the same skin from another folder does not give this error.

Original Report:
When I wanted to add a custom minecraft skin, it keeps saying that the skin is not a minecraft skin but it is.

Perhaps related, but MCPE-8752 concerns iOS 6 only.

Hoo Di Heng, can you please upload a copy of the skin here so we can try it on other devices?

The problem with this bug for iOS has a different format for downloading a skin from a website. The skin is very small compare to android. The link I put really counts for all iOS devices and I guess some android. This really sucks should be put as a duplicate.

Does this bug still appear in 0.13.1? If so please respond.
