Steps to reproduce the bug:
Start Minecraft from the Oculus home.
What you expect to happen:
**Main menu and gameplay is centered.
What actually happens:
Main menu is off center, far to the upper left. (Player position is off center to the right and down, about floor level.) I can use the Oculus Touch controllers to successfully point at the screen [the pointer matches my hands expected "beam".] However, the hand itself is to my left about 2-3 'feet' virtually as if I'm disembodied. This occurs not only in the full-screen VR mode, but while also in the minecraft living room where I am sitting on the floor to the right of the wooden chair about 2-3 feet. My rotational point if I 'turn' left or right is below that center point to my left and down.
This appears to potentially be world-specific. I joined an existing local flat world in creative and the position was correct, centered. HUD was directly in front of me. I existed the world and the HUD in the main menu was again well off to my left and above me, with my hand visible if I turn my head 90 degrees to the left (see photo.) I rejoined the creative world and the issue was resolved. Returned back to the main menu and the issue persisted. Joined my online realm and the center was misaligned again. No amounts of rejoining the online realm worked properly.
Returning to Oculus home, I am centered and positioning is correct. All other games launched through Home launch with correct positioning. I have reset the sensor positioning and have no issues with tracking.

After a little bit of toying around, I've concluded it's not completely world specific.
The creative world I mentioned above does suffer from the incorrect rotation/positioning. It occurred after loading into the world yesterday. The positioning of the HUD and hands were correct, however, the rotation point was to my left as noted above. This is different form the realms world I play on routinely where the HUD and hands are always incorrectly positioned.
I also attempted to launch the game in different ways. If using Oculus Home, the positioning is incorrect. If I use the shortcut minecraft://mode/?OpenXR=true the issue still persists.
There is also incorrect culling on the right eye/side. This is probably due to the incorrect positioning of the player within the area of the world being rendered, though, and not an separate issue. I can see the squares disappearing in my right eye as I turn left.
