[MCPE-11035] Invalid Name and no server refresh

When trying to connect to PE server I get Invalid Name error. I can't change my name with out paying 10$ to Microsoft to have it changed. Also there is no server refresh button.

But the same issue is in pocket edition (Witch win 10 version was built off of) and can only be salved by changing you name (Witch cost 10$ to change with Microsoft)
