I'm a VR player on Windows 10 with Oculus Rift S so this is likely specific to VR.
Keyboard and Controller settings pages don't work, have sliders that are not labeled, and don't appear to actually control any of the underlying settings anyway (eg upon entering the settings they don't reflect what they were actually set to pre updating to this version).

b.b.... I know right! The only way I got usable / working VR was to roll back to 1.16.100 but I fear the main servers I love will soon require all users to be on 1.16.200 which will render online play Impossible. It's been a month almost, I would hope they'd have at least looked at the issue and acknowledged it.
yeah. for all intents and purposes, it looks like they've abandoned us. .... omg ty! i didn't even realize rollback was an option for bedrock! i thought the Launcher was a Java-only thing.
*crosses fingers* here's hoping it works
now i'm even more confused. Launcher doesn't seem to work for bedrock, and i thought that was the only version that worked with Oculus. no way i'm throwing more money down to find out after being left hanging like this for so long, though.
>> Any chance of even acknowledging this Mojang / Microsoft?
I guess not.. just like all the other VR-related issues and tickets.
Mojang has in fact acknowledged the issue. If it has an ADO (a ticket number in their internal tracker), they are aware of the issue.
Other than that, there normally isn't much more correspondence unless they are pushing out a fix or request for information. Do keep updating the affects version so they know it's still an issue.
Not sure why these tickets aren't flooded with votes. Oculus reviews are full of people angry and/or grieving about the broken VR.
