[MCPE-110535] Counters on empty tabs of the Play screen display an empty, grey box

There are a bug that shows the numbers but with highlight around it in the main menu page but the regular one has to be showing the regular number without the highlight around the number

This is fixed in 1.17.10.21 Beta per the changelog:

The counters on empty tabs of the Play screen now display zero instead of an empty, grey box (MCPE-110535)
