one the main user account for our switch, when loading, we get a black screen. we have deleted and reloaded, rebooted,a nd worked through things with nintendo support, no luck. other users are able to access, but not this one. help!

we actually got it to work..... perhaps by coincidence or perhaps by the following.....
instead of depending on the patience of a 10 year old, I fired it up and let it try to load for about 15-20 minutes..... it then started working. That, of course not being something that we would want to deal with on a regular basis, I had her delete dozens of her many minecraft worlds that were created under her profile. I also ordered a cheap memory card for the switch, having no idea if it would do anything but wasn't a bad thing to have anyway for less than ten bucks. after some work on my daughter's end, it has been smooth sailing ever since.
