Enchanted items don't glow in the dark

Enchanted armor and tools don't glow in the dark, they look like they're not enchanted.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a dark room

  2. Stand inside the room

  3. Equip enchanted armor

  4. Switch to third person view

Observed Results:
The armor looks unenchanted.

Expected Results:
The armor should glow in the dark.
